The FSA has produced a number of guidance documents, which can be accessed from this page, to the 2006 regulations to help food businesses understand the legal requirements with which they will have to comply.

English language guidance is available for the whole of the UK and is provided at the link below. The purpose of this page is to introduce the guidance to Welsh language speakers and provide links to the full guidance documents in Welsh.

Mae'r canllawiau hyn yn egluro'r gofynion cyfreithiol y mae'n rhaid i fusnesau bwyd gydymffurfio
nhw a dylid eu darllen gyda deddfwriaeth yr UE a'r ddeddfwriaeth genedlaethol. Mae'r Comisiwn Ewropeaidd hefyd wedi cynhyrchu canllawiau ar wahanol agweddau o'r ddeddfwriaeth.
Er nad yw'r canllawiau hyn yn gyfreithiol rwymol, maent yn cynrychioli barn yr Asiantaeth ac wedi'u cyhoeddi er mwyn rhoi cyngor a gwybodaeth i fusnesau bwyd am y rheolau hylendid bwyd newydd. Ond dim ond y llysoedd all roi dehongliad terfynol o'r gyfraith.
