Nutrition strategy workshops
A series of consultative workshops were convened as part of the development of the Nutrition Strategy for Wales.
The workshops were set up to expose the deliberations of the steering group established to oversee the process, to gain consensus on the key areas for action, and to elicit reflection on the main targets for the overall strategy together with those for the proposed priority groups.
Participants included a diverse cross-section of health professionals, key policy makers, consumer representatives, and academics, all with a shared interest in nutrition.
