Open meeting of Welsh Food Advisory Committee: 7 November 2006

As part of its regular open sessions, the Welsh Food Advisory Committee of FSA Wales is holding an open meeting in Swansea on Tuesday 7 November 2006.
Following the business meeting, presentations will be made on the Review of the framework agreement; local authority monitoring data; the Agency�s progress on its sustainable evelopment policy and the current review of the Agency�s policy of being open and accessible to consumers and stakeholders.
There will also be a report given on the Agency�s progress review of its Strategic Plan 2005-2010
Anyone with an interest in these fields is invited to attend this meeting and to share their views on issues that matter to them, and to participate in an open question-and-answer session.
The meeting will be held at Brangwyn Hall, Guildhall, Swansea SA1 4PE, from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
The Welsh Food Advisory Committee gives advice and information to the Food Standards Agency on its operations in Wales. As part of its commitment to openness, it regularly holds open meetings across the country.
