Hygiene Assessment System (HAS) scores and Meat Hygiene Enforcement Reports (MHER)
HAS Scores were published on a monthly basis until December 2005. They showed the latest three monthly average Hygiene Assessment System (HAS) scores of individual licensed meat premises throughout the UK.
After December 2005, HAS scores will be replaced by Audit Categories which have been introduced following the implementation of new EU food hygiene legislation from 1 January 2006.
