Eat Smart activity session 1: Being healthy
Aim: To introduce the concept of 'being healthy'.
Eat Smart activity session 2: The Balance of Good Health
Aim: To introduce the concept of the Balance of Good Health model and its five food groups.
Eat Smart activity session 3: Fruit and vegetables
Aim: To promote the positive role of fruit and vegetables in a balanced diet.
Eat Smart activity session 4: Bread, other cereals and potatoes
Aim: To introduce the concept that the bread, other cereals and potatoes group provides energy (although all foods provide energy in different amounts).

Aim: To introduce the concept that milk and dairy foods are important for health, especially for teeth and bones.

Aim: To introduce the concept that all food comes from animals and plants.
