Training on the SFBB toolkit is available to help to implement this food safety management system. The training is available to officers working at those local authorities receiving FSA Special Grant Scheme funding and those who may not have been granted additional resources to implement SFBB.
'Successful Implementation of SFBB': the knowledge, skills and techniques of the coaching approach
Following the success of the 2-day courses and the feedback received, the course will now be available in two formats and has specifically been written for the following groups:

- local authority food safety officers
- those who have some experience of using SFBB with businesses
- non-local authority delegates with an Environmental Health background
2–day course
