The e-learning package was developed as a three-track approach and consists of the following sections:
1. Learn - Food Safety Refresher
This section provides underpinning knowledge in food safety and food safety management systems. It is valuable for a wide range of users, including, management who are responsible for monitoring food safety, those who wish to build a new food safety management system and those wanting to review existing systems or to assist with food safety training.
The Food Safety Refresher can be printed and used in a booklet form.
2.Develop - Building your own CookSafe system
This section provides the tools and templates and step-by-step guidance to build your own HACCP-based food safety management system based on CookSafe.
3.Resources - templates for you to use
This section provides a glossary, a complete electronic CookSafe Manual and a template library supporting a range of formats, a Food Hygiene Refresher booklet (pdf format) and all translated versions of CookSafe - Chinese, Punjabi and Urdu (pdf format).
