Performance Strategy Group

The Group, as part of the thorough review of the food law enforcement monitoring system, has been considering three key issues:

• a review of outcome measures
• a means of measuring advisory and educational activity
• whether a matrix can be devised to allow a general consideration of an authority�s delivery of food law services, leading to an overall score, using the five level grading currently used by the Comprehensive Performance Assessment system for local authorities.
