Food Liaison Groups

Since August 2004 the Food Standards Agency has attended a number of meetings held by Food Liaison Groups in England and updated food law enforcement officers on issues of interest to them. The latest presentation used by FSA speakers can be found below.

The Agency is committed to providing an update presentation to all Food Liaison Groups in England. Food Liaison Groups that have not yet received a presentation should contact Duncan Ritchie:

Food Liaison Groups consist of representatives from English local authority environmental health departments, appropriate trading standards departments and others, usually on a county basis, and are concerned with consistency of enforcement activities in their area.
