Tropicana UK Ltd recalls a batch of Tropicana Smooth Style Orange Juice due to an unpleasant smell and taste

Tropicana UK Ltd has recalled a certain batch of Tropicana Smooth Style Orange Juice 1 litre due to an unpleasant smell and taste.
This action is a direct result of two calls from the public to the company. The complaints received had both been of a similar nature reporting an unusual odour on opening the product and an off taste if consumed.
Tropicana UK Ltd has withdrawn the affected batch from sale; the majority of affected cartons were still with retailers and had not been sold to the public.
Tropicana UK Ltd has issued point-of-sale notices, which advise consumers on actions they can take if they have purchased the affected product.

Product recall – Tropicana Pure Premium Smooth 1lt
We have recently been made aware that a small number of 1lt cartons of Smooth Style Tropicana Pure Premium Orange Juice may have an unpleasant smell and taste. We believe there is no consumer health risk.
We are recalling the following Tropicana Pure Premium Smooth 1lt with the codes set out below - only these are affected:
