If necessary the Food Safety Act 1990 and regulation 27 of the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 can be used. Where possible, Officers should obtain full details of where the yoghurt has been distributed to, and inform the Agency accordingly.
Scotland: At present no distribution of these products to Scottish businesses has been identified to the Agency and therefore no action is required by Scottish local authorities.
