Premier International Foods UK Ltd has recalled a batch of Angel Delight strawberry flavour due to possible presence of small metal pieces in the product. The source of the potential contamination has been identified and remedial action has been taken.

Premier International Foods UK Ltd has undertaken a full product recall. Product recall notices will appear in the national press today, Wednesday 13 June. These notices alert customers to the recall and advise them of what actions to take if they have purchased the product.

The Product recalled is:

Angel Delight - Strawberry Flavour 59g sachets

Batch code 7145 P1 XX:XX where XX:XX denotes time of manufacture

Best Before End: Feb 2008

No other Angel Delight flavours or products are known to be affected.
