Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc has recalled all batches of its own-brand Frozen 6 Garlic Bread Slices Topped with Cheese 200g due to the possible presence of small pieces of plastic. Please be aware that this product originates from the same manufacturer as that mentioned in Food Alert 11/2006.
Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc has undertaken a product recall of the affected product. Product recall notices will be appearing in the national press today (10 February 2006).
These notices will advise customers of the reason for the recall and the actions they can take if they have already purchased the affected product.
The affected product is:
Morrisons Frozen 6 Garlic Bread Slices Topped with Cheese 200g
Description of packaging:
Flow wrapped plastic tray
All batch codes and date codes are considered to be affected.
No other Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc products are known to be affected.

If you have bought this product, do not eat it. Please return it to your nearest Morrisons store for a full refund.
