Tesco Stores Ltd has recalled its own brand Hot Salsa Dip 300g due to possible glass contamination.

Tesco Stores Ltd has undertaken a product recall of the affected product, which is sold in the crisps, nuts and snacks aisle. Point-of-sale notices have been issued from 13 December 2006 in all stores to tell customers about the recall. The notice will advise customers of the actions that they should take if they have already purchased the affected product.

The product recalled is:
Tesco Hot Salsa Dip 300g
Batch Code: BBE SEP 07

No other Tesco Stores Ltd products are known to be affected.
