Aldi Stores Ltd recalls Romano Pasta Sauce and Romano Mushroom Pasta Sauce due to glass contamination

Aldi Stores Ltd has recalled all batch codes of Romano Pasta Sauce and Romano Mushroom Pasta Sauce due to glass contamination.

Aldi Stores Ltd has undertaken a full product recall. Product recall notices will be placed in the national press on Tuesday 15 August 2006. These notices will alert customers to the recall and advise them what actions to take if they have purchased the product. Point-of-sale notices will also be displayed in all Aldi stores.

The products recalled are:

• Romano Pasta Sauce, 470g
• Romano Mushroom Pasta Sauce, 470g

All batch codes for both products.

No other Romano Brand products are known to be affected.
