Nong Shim brand noodle based snacks withdrawn due to undeclared presence of irradiated ingredients (update 1)

Ref: 34/2005 (Update 1)
Following Food Alert 34/2005 issued on 15 June 2005 (available at the link below), the Agency has now identified further companies that have imported the implicated Nong Shim Brand products which were listed in the original food alert. They are:
- Korea Foods Company Ltd of New Malden, Surrey
- J K Foods (UK) Ltd of Nottingham
- Rose Kibong Ltd of Sutton, Surrey
- Green Farm of Morden, Surrey
- S W Trading Ltd of Wembley, Middlesex
- Songs Supermarket (2004) Ltd of New Malden, Surrey
- Jo Enterprise (formerly known as Young Soo Trading) of New Malden, Surrey
The above companies have either imported the products directly from Korea or from other Member States and all have now withdrawn the implicated products from sale.
