Product recall of Nature's Harvest roasted & salted seed snack

A product recall has been issued by Holland & Barrett in respect of of certain lots of Nature’s Harvest Roasted & Salted Seed Snack (125g). These products have been recalled following the discovery of particles of glass in a small number of packets. Investigations by the company and manufacturer have indicated that the glass came in with one of the raw ingredients.
The product recalled is: Nature's Harvest Roasted & Salted Seed Snack, sold in 125g bags, bearing the 'best before end' dates of October 2004, November 2004 or December 2004. The 'best before end' date can be found at the base of the front label of the bag.
They have been sold exclusively through Holland & Barrett and GNC stores throughout the UK.
No other Nature's Harvest brand products are affected by the recall.
The company has undertaken a trade withdrawal of affected products. If enquiries are received from the public they should be directed to Holland & Barrett Customer Services on 02476 244400.
