Heads of Environmental Health Services and Directors of Trading Standards will wish to be aware that Patak's Foods Ltd are recalling Mr. Men and Little Miss Mince and Mash Munch (microwave meal) 220g. The recall is a precautionary measure as the product may be contaminated with pieces of green plastic. The Company is intending to issue a press release on Thursday (1st August) and will be informing retailers tomorrow (31st July).

Product Recall Notice to be Issued By Patak's Foods Ltd:
"Kirpac Ltd, maufacturer of Mr. Men and Little Miss Mince and Mash Munch have confirmed that in a very few isolated cases, plastic contaminants have been found in Mr Men Mince & Mash Munch ready meals. As a purely preventative measure the product codes affected have been temporarily withdrawn from supermarket shelves forthwith. Anyone who has a product with the affected code should return it as soon as possible for a full refund to:
