Para. 20: I am not sure that I would place too much reliance on the 'builder's estimates' used for Ronan Point. If there was a return to the pre Ronan Point building regulations would there be a corresponding reduction in costs?
General: I would have liked to see a reference to any work being done to investigate 'clusters' of vCJD cases; in Leicestershire, for example.
