I read in the Electronic Telegraph that the Co-op is calling for a Europe-wide ban on the feeding of livestock with animal bi-products. Surely this has been banned long ago and if not it must be done immediately. This horrible episode must be finished at whatever cost is necessary - to restore confidence in British meat and the actual health of all British animals.
