Commodity - CHEAPEST SOURCE OF PROTEIN TO MAXIMISE COMMERCIAL GAIN

Result - CONTAMINATED FEEDSTUFF

Where does the responsibilty lie?? Who made the PROFIT?? WHO GETS INVOICED FOR THE COST? Please explain to me why the feed manufacturer appear to have been shielded from publicity, involvement and responsibility. I am at a loss to understand why only the farmer is being held responsible for this disaster. Incidentally, I am not a farmer. I have pets. By the same token, the feed I have purchased today does not tell me whether or not I have uncontaminated feed or otherwise.
