Stakeholder meeting notes from the 2006 Consultation on Salt Targets

The Food Standards Agency has published the minutes of eight stakeholder meetings held in 2006 with various members of industry to inform the development of the salt targets which were published in March 2006. The Agency has published these reports as a result of requests submitted under the Freedom of Information Act.

Under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act (personal information); people's names have been removed from the audit reports. In addition, a small amount of information has been withheld under section 43 (as commercially sensitive). In addition some clarification text has been added to the notes in square brackets to reflect the views of stakeholders on the drafting.
